Our projects are mostly geared around shooting sports; however, we are also involved with community projects, fundraisers, and even the county fair and SWIPRCA Rodeo!

Our shotgun team focuses on trap, skeet, five-stand, whiz-bang, wobble and sporting clays. At our range, we practice trap, skeet and five-stand regularly.
Firearm safety is of utmost importance and is part of the core curriculum.
Beginners are encouraged to attend and become proficient with the use of a shotgun! Loaner shotguns provided as the need arises.
Eye and Ear protection along with other range safety rules must always be followed. Close toed shoes and shirts with sleeves are mandatory as per 4-H rules and guidelines.
A membership to the El Paso Skeet and Trap Club is required, there are no residual range fees for Desert Valley 4-H members during scheduled club practices.
Our archery team focuses on modified 600, clout, wand, field, and 3D. At our range, we practice as much as possible focusing on tight groupings no matter the target we are aiming at.

Loaner bows and arrows are available for beginners.

Not only do our 4-H'ers care for the club that we are involved with, but we participate in community events such as trash pickup and planting trees.
Any donations are greatly appreciated - we are in dire need of foliage to provide shade in this desert heat!
